How do some companies get all those Google reviews. You can use a paid service. You send the emails of recent customers and the customer is sent an email asking them to respond. If they have a positive response they are directed to the online location to give a review.
If they have a negative response they get an email back and you get notification that there is a problem and you need to follow up.

Find your map listing on Google. Then click on the map on your map listing. (See the video if this isn't clear.) Then copy the url address at the top of the page.
Send this as a link in an email to customers. Ask them to give you a review. Ask them to click on the link and then in the box on the left side, scroll down till you see "Write a Review". Ask them to please write a review.
A way to reduce the risk of getting bad reviews is to say you would appreciate a 4 or 5 star review. Ask them that if they can't give you a 4 or 5 star review to please call first so you can find out what the problem was and you can hopefully fix it. You would just appreciate them giving you the chance to fix the problem before they write a review.
